Connection of portable E-SATA hard drive

The connecting method is shown in Fig. A-1

2. Hard drive power supply

Note: Hard drive power supply will be provided by the customer.

Step 1: Power off the system

Step 2: Connect cables as Fig. A-1

Step 3: Restart the system, and the hard drive will be identified. (Does not

support hot swap)
